That's the case for most companies, but as I said I discovered little known techniques to remove the toughest stains almost every time! I know I sound bias here. Consider this. I’d be shooting myself in the foot if I couldn’t do what I say. In fact, I’d be the biggest joke in the Stain removal and carpet cleaning industry, if I made such a claim and couldn’t back it up! Anyway...

“There’s no way anybody can get that out” or others say: “If some other cleaner says he can get that out, he’s lying!”
They maybe right!
But if you could had seen the face of: Cindy Howard from Aurora, who had a 7 year old stain that 3 other cleaners tried to remove unsuccessfully, but I removed it in less than 2 Mins.

Now For The Whole Truth About Stain Removal
The truth is I'm not a stain removal god. There are a few stains that stomp me. Let me explain
If neither the you or I have a clue what the stain is, that makes it tough for both of us. I then have to take a systematic approach to get results. As you can imagine it’s a Process of elimination.
First, I rely on years of research, second, I run a few test, then in many cases, I can tell almost instantly what I may need to correct the concern. Then I take the safest approach.
My success rate with those situations are upwards to 93%. On occasion there are some stains I can't fix. It's usually when a client has tried multiple chemicals or one that was too harsh, which ended up setting the stain or damaging the carpet, even in those cases there's still help.
